Labor is charged at a 1 hour per person minimum with ½ hour increments thereafter. Laborers ordered and not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, will be billed one hour per laborer scheduled. Work will be done on straight time where possible. ES cannot guarantee exact completion time of installation or dismantle. Displays will be set to allow ample time for exhibitor to arrange brochures, products, etc. Dismantling and packing of displays will be ready by move-out deadline. To save you time and money PLEASE provide all of the following: Set-up plans, photo of finished booth with graphics locations, special instructions, addresses of outbound shipments, outbound preprinted shipping labels and must arrive by dates.
