Shipments that can be unloaded at the dock with no additional handling and are delivered with bills of lading. (Carrier Examples - TEAM Worldwide, Yellow, Roadway) Material handling fees include receiving, storing and delivering freight to your booth. It also includes handling your empty containers to and from booth, storing empties during show and loading freight onto an outbound carrier. Estimate your material handling fees by determining your total inbound weight and then round that number up to the next 100lbs. (ex. total weight 246lbs = 300lbs, 3 x $70 = $210). Please note that material handling fees are calculated per shipment received. All freight will be weighed upon receipt. If the actual freight received results in greater material handling fees than what was estimated, the additional charges will be applied to credit card on file.
